30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Be in original packaging with all tags attached

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team to initiate the process

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

Important:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If approved:

  • You will receive return instructions

  • A return shipping label may be provided (where applicable)

  • Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item

  • Place a new order for the replacement

This ensures the fastest turnaround time.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund

  • If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us


Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Compliance – South Africa

This policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods:

  • Are defective

  • Are not fit for purpose

  • Do not match their description

Faulty items may be returned within 6 months, subject to assessment.


Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

In line with South African e-commerce regulations:

Customers have a 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

You may cancel your order within this period, provided:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is returned in original condition and packaging
